| Description | It has been encountered that re-connection for NUGU speaker and other BT audio devices is failed after re-pairing RCU. [Test Procedure] 1. RCU BT connection + NUGU Speaker BT connection 2. Listen to a live TV or VOD via NUGU Speaker 3. Trying to re-pair RCU BT via [*] + [#] 4. Verify if RCU BT re-connection is OK and NUGU speaker is in the paired status 5. Connect NUGU speaker via the voice command("블루투스 연결해 줘", "Connect BT") 6. Verify if it can listen to a live TV or VOD via NUGU speaker [Actual Result] If it conducts the step (5), NUGU speaker say that it cannot connect BT because of being alreay connected, at that time NUGU speaker is in the connected status in remote control & accessory menu even though NUGU speaker is already disconnected. [Expected Result] NUGU speaker/other BT devices must be in the paired status(base on Kaon STB) [Version] r12a | ||||

Hi Eric, Do you mean this issue also happen with other BT devices ? I can't reproduce this issue using my BT headset. Below is what I see: 1. Pair BT RCU and then BT headset. Audio stream is heard from BT headset. 2. Repair BT RCU by '*'+'#' . After BT RCU is paired, audio stream is heard from TV because earphone jack is not inserted. 3. BT headset power off and then on to make reconnect. 4. Reconnect success and audio stream is heard from BT headset. |

Hi Kerwin, Just verified it again with v15.502.13. In case of BT devices, when doing with your test procedure, reconnection behavior is OK, but in case of NUGU speaker, it cannot reconnect BT because of being already in connection state. To sum up, the current issues are as follows. 1) When trying to re-pair RCU BT via [*]+[#] under hearing a live TV via NUGU speaker, error code 14 and 11 keeps occurring, so we cannot do RCU BT pairing. Other BT devices have the same issue. 2) Under above (1) situation, move to the remote control & accessory menu, then RCU BT pairing and connection is established normally and NUGU speaker/BT headset are disconnected but NUGU/BT devices are displayed as the connected state in the menu. This is the first different thing(issue) from Kaon STB. At this time, tried connectting NUGU speaker via the voice command("블루투스 연결해 줘", "Connect BT") but NUGU speaker say that it cannot connect BT because of being alreay connected, this is the second different thing(issue) from Kaon STB which can reconnect NUGU speaker. Other BT devices' reconnection is OK as you mentioned. Please check above 3 issues. |

Hi Eric, Firstly I tried with BT headset but didn't found big problem, So I break down this issue to 1. NUGU speaker 2. other BT HeadSet Please check 0000675 for other BT devices, and I'll move on to NUGU speaker. |

We tested it with SW v15.502.39. We cannot reproduce it. |
